I agree on all points. All of the lawfare will fail on appeal. They are always only interested in optics. Post a false story on page one..print a retraction a week or a month later on the back page or ignore the story completely. Move on to another lie. I've known many who, when caught in a lie, will tell a bigger lie to make the first one more believable.
