Jack Smith doesn’t care to follow the law. His only goal is to smear Trump long enough to affect the election, even if any conviction is overturned due to Smith’s actions.

Well for one thing, it's a Constitutional question. By the leftist judges' illegal ruling now Biden and Barack Obama and Bill Clinton can be indicted -- because there is no statute of limitations on any of this -- for ANYTHING they ever did while president, period.

All it takes is a conservative D.A. willing to go to the mat for political revenge as the leftist D.A.s have done in regards to Trump. So Trump was defending them as well. One day the political Left will comprehend that short term -- vendetta-based -- political games DO have long term consequences.

That’s just a bullshit argument. Everybody is innocent until proven guilty. Everybody is allowed to use every remedy under the law to fight prosecution. The buck stopped on Obama’s desk while all this phony accusations against Trump we’re going on. Everybody from Obama on down needs to be tried for treason.

If Biden is not guilty, then why is the special counsel not recommending charges because of mental incapacity?
