Special Counsel Hur is white washing Biden’s actions. In order for him not to be charged with a crime, a court has to adjudicate his incompetent to stand trial. No court has done that. Impeach him, then charge him for mishandling the documents.

Yes, he's giving Biden and the DNC a way out and therefore he is corrupt. But that aside I find it interesting that officially declaring Biden to essentially be senile was the only viable escape route to offer.

The Counsel determined Biden broke the law and admits a biased jury would not convict.
The Counsel has forgotten his responsibility is to act in the state’s interest to prosecute. The defense has the role of defending against the accusation. And the jury has the sole responsibility of determining innocence or guilt.

I would agree except for one huge issue. Nobody likes Kamala Harris for president. Most citizens do not like Gavin Newsome either. As for Michelle Obama, she is not a trained politician -- and nor much more intelligent than Kamala Harris -- and Trump would eat her alive on the campaign trail.

If Biden’s cabinet exercises the 25th amendment, Harris becomes “acting” President per the 25th amendment. The 25th does not authorize appointing a successor VP. Harris would not automatically become “the president “. There is a process involving Congress that would be necessary for her to be become “president”. I’m not sure there is any provision elsewhere in the Constitution for her to name an “acting” VP.
By default, Speaker of the House would be next in line if the voodoo doll works.

Both the Senate and the House, as I read it outlined here are certainly involved, but it seems to me that; as Nixon replaced Agnew with Ford through non nation and Ford then nominated Rockefeller the scenario can be replicated

That only works I’d he dies, gets convicted in impeachment or quits. Section 4. is relevant if he is forced out by a vote of the Cabinet.
