First of all, what was Biden’s state of mind years ago when the infractions occurred?
Second, his mental incompetence needs to be adjudicated in court to have him not stand trial.

It sure seems like a two-tiered justice system exists, when the left keeps claiming Trump is crazy, yet he gets charged.

What fascinates me is not the blatantly obvious double standards of the leftist politicized 'justice' system but the fact that this official statement was issued -- which will be on the official record for EVER -- but that absolutely none of our leftist memers will address this issue . . . period.

Joe Biden was deemed guilty enough for an indictment but too senile to stand trial; but still these leftists fully intend to put him back into office at the end of 2024, if at all possible..
