Joe Biden ran on student debt loan relief in 2020 and although it originally got struck down by the right wing Supreme Court, he has went on to do do more for student loan debt relief than any other president in history.

3.6 million+ Americans have had their student loan debts forgiven. This is a legal, indirect form of stimulus... for Americans. He also did the last round of covid stimmy checks (that trump had also wanted to do).

If you think that's illegal, impeach him now or indict him later.

...but be consistent. If finding another way around a SCOTUS ruling is illegal, be sure to indict the previous guy for it as well.
