Great replacement theory and anti-abortion ideology go hand in hand. If white people aren’t breeding fast enough to appease the fascist Right, they will settle on making it harder for white women to opt out of motherhood against their will. This is why we see such a stark disconnect with regards to conservative ideology as it pertains to the sanctity of life. If a non-white child is killed as a result of American foreign policy, that’s normal or even a moral good in service to American interests. However if an American fetus is aborted, especially if it’s a white fetus, that’s murder.
