As far as intellectual capacity goes, Trump today is the same Trump of 2016 . . . only not as naive. He was forced to take a cognitive test as president because hate-filled leftists were determined to get him out of office by any means possible; and then there were the bogus Trump/Russia investigation and two bogus impeachments.
There is no 'conceding' that Joe Biden is barely functioning as a human being . . . and it wasn't questionable back in 2020. It was BLATANTLY obvious. There's the differences between Trump and Biden. Do not confuse a personal dislike of Trump with Trump having mental impairments.
