Trump is no longer a president. So that means all she said was free speech. If she threatened Biden, that wouldn't be freedom of speech because Biden is still the president, but since she targeted Trump, it's a fair game.

So basically: what she is doing is no more threatening than words like "I think Trump leads USA in a very bad direction" (which was true BTW).
