It boils down to: Intent, Ability and Opportunity. Did she have intent? Maybe. Did she have the Ability? A weapon of some type, No. Did she have the Opportunity? Yes. If an officer can not say yes to all three questions deadly force is not authorized. He should not have fired his weapon.

All agencies have a deadly force policy. Byrd did not follow policy and procedure. He shot an unarmed veteran.

As soon as this slime murdered Babbitt, he made a cya radio call saying the police were being shot at. Total lie. He’s the only one who fired a shot. He’s a murderer. Rewarded for murdering a Trump supporter. Pelosi belongs in jail with this killer. Video showed Capitol police moved out of the way to allow windows to be broken by rioters. They watched it all and did nothing. Probably stand down orders by Pelosi. An unarmed Ashli was murdered by Michael Byrd. It’s on tape.

The "insurgency" and "violent attack on our Capitol" narratives were already written! That is why the capitol police, the FIB tried their damned best to provoke an angry (and righteous) reaction from the crowd. That is why they keep using the "January 6th insurgency led by Donald Trump" talking points. That was their whole game. Instead of an explosion, they got a fizzle. Compare and contrast: The treatment of Michael Byrd (who killed Ashli Babbitt without justification), with the treatment of Derek Chauvin (who did not kill George Floyd).

Wait until all those other three letter agencies that are armed to the teeth with machined guns start using them on all us useless taxpayers. They all have immunity to commit murder at will with the backing of the DOJ.

Byrd never submitted to official questioning from the investigative team, and his only statement was part of an interview with NBC? And he was subsequently promoted to Captain with all of those questionable facts and his apparent lies about shots being fired? Just another day in the Democratic world...
