Uh, this meme is quite the Word Salad. To Clarify, could you define your terminology?

Since when does Disorderly Conduct = Violent Insurrection
or PASSIVE = Rioter ???

Or, does the definition of Passive = Peaceful Protestor ???

Just Curious. Is being passive, orderly or disorderly for you?
This seems akin to guilty by association. Are passive people in the USA, allowed to freely assemble on public property open for public discourse of business? Or, is just being present taboo?
Sure might be nice if the US Constitution had an amendment addressing Freedom of Assembly.

How would you define such?

It's a headline at The Hill
https://thehill.com/homenews/4392449-jan-6-rioters-who-were-passive-can-be-convicted-of-disorderly-conduct-court-rules/

“[I]t is equally clear from case law that even passive, quiet and nonviolent conduct can be disorderly,” the Friday filing read.

Does that make it so?
