She leaned on the Colorado Supreme Court ruling in making her decision and actually put her own ruling on hold pending a formal ruling by Maine's Superior court. And of course any ruling they make will be appealed up to the SCOTUS afterwards. But ya, go on blathering on about "no court ruling" and "zero proof" because it sounds good and that's all the matters. If anything ever comes of any of this it will come down from Donald Trump's hand selected Supreme Court judges and it will be because even they couldn't think of a way to save him from his own well documented and well proven treasonous acts.
