My assertion is that it seems like every time anything is asserted or implied about Joe Biden it always turns out to be a nothingburger. False assumptions, fake numbers, misleading screenshots, mistaken identity, or even blatantly photoshopped pictures.

If you're going to imply that I apply different standards of restraint to different people, I would be interested in seeing what specifically you're basing that on.

And as far as tax returns... Releasing them does not prove innocence. And refusing to release them does not prove guilt.....

But if one guy is like look here they all are... and the other guy is like ok ya ill release em later and then he doesn't and he just keeps kicking that can down the road... it makes me wonder if maybe dude not doing it was trying to hide something.

You do know Joe refused to submit the tax returns for the S corps he and Jill own.

The returns that represent maybe 90% of their income. Feel free to fact check that to 89%.

That partial transparency is more indicative of hiding something than if he declined to submit all.

Perhaps their S corps had an investor he wishes to refrain from revealing.

Or could be as simple as him trying to hide the fact that they do not "pay their fair share".

1. Is releasing personal AND corporate tax returns considered the norm for presidents ? I know Trump released neither of them but he was not exactly "the norm".

2. My understanding of S-Corporations is that they are not taxed as separate entities in the way that regular large corporations are, they are taxed via your own personal taxes... which Joe Biden did release.

I was able to find a tax return form 1120-S online (which relates to S corporations). But I'm not seeing a space on it where someone ( President Joe Biden) would have theoretically listed other possible investors(?) which you seem to think he might be hiding. So I'm not sure that line of thinking makes sense.

3. According to Newsweek, Joe Biden paid $4.1 million more in taxes than Trump over a 6 year period ...roughly 23% of his income. In the same time period trump never paid more than 5%. So if you think Biden "isn't paying his fair share" than trump seems to be getting away with highway robbery.

4. I would say that lying is most indicative of someone hiding something. In this case, lying by saying you would release them and then not doing it. As far as I know Joe Biden never said he would release the S corp returns and then failed to do that.
