"Woke" originally meant that one in the black community is aware, informed, educated, and conscious of the political and social climate in the world around them.

"Woke" only became a punchline after being appropriated by white "anything and everything" activists such as those participating in the "trans" fad, or those placing sexually explicit books in grade schools, or those chanting about marching all of the Jews into the red sea.

Those people, those "Karens", made "woke" a joke.

And those people are all democrat voters.

The republicans haven't realized - and we probably shouldn't tell them - that woke doesn't really even mean anything anymore. They overused it till it's dead. It's like 14 year old's using the F-word... more like the word "uh", or "um" as far as actually meaning anything... Except you can still sort of tell that whatever person they are screaming it at probably just laid some truth on them. But don't lose faith - once the kleptocracy is installed things will be GREAT for all of us. Bootlicking and begging for scraps for 99.9% of everyone just like they do in other civilized autocracies. That's their plan for working people.
