It is clearly a case of vandalism.
It says something that the people who are most upset by this are the same people that ignored, denied, or excused the vandalism that occurred during the BLM riots faster than a white, female, neo liberal college student.
I personally give zero hoots.
The person or group that erected the demon display did so just to be contrary and intentionally upset others.
