Hollywood The Propaganda Arm Of The US Military

Um . . . when was that unofficial? Durang WWII it was open and above board. It was after Vietnam that Hollywood began churning out anti-Military fare. This was natural after the Vietnam cluster f**k, of course.

There have been both war and anti war movies. Movies about celebrating military actions and movies opposing and those that question the morals or rational of conflict and movies about glorifying actions. Get over it, quit cryin victim. I took my sister to see Jarhead ON Rememberance Day once, not intentionally actually, she still hasn't forgiven me, ha ha. Love it.

What part of what I wrote indicated that I was crying victim? All I was doing was setting out the background for the historic truth.

I think it comes from being wrong all the time. If that were happening to me, I'd begin to do a bit of studying to discover what I was doing wrong intellectually. But then there is the other type that just goes into a frenzy of stalking and doubling down. It's strange; but so it goes.

Gets the old on board and the young fired up and the general public accepting.

What has been the deluge of film and television genre in recent years?

Survival.

Apocalyptic event survivors, often solitary individuals seeking out others to form an "autonomous collective".

I think that systematic conditioning of citizens is the order of the day with Hollywood doing the back door bidding of the nation's movers and shakers . . . and mostly we don't know who they really are.
