That story reads (to me anyway) that the Trump administration was putting together a binder of information relating to the FBI investigation into Russian collusion and election interference but it wasn’t necessarily proof of any of that. It was a binder relating to the actual investigation that the FBI was conducting. The fact that it went missing kind of doesn’t bode well for the FBI or people trying to prove the Trump administration did collude with the Russians. in other words, the Trump administration was gathering evidence relating to the investigation against them probably trying to prove that it was a witch hunt. Then suddenly that binder of information goes missing. Perhaps someone in the administration destroyed it or took it away or perhaps someone from outside the administration took it. It really begs the question who made it disappear and why.
