I saw this and immediately thought of both being distracted with a laser pointer.

They used to show the interpreter for the hearing impaired during his speeches. Just wondering how many of them decided to admit they didn't speak gibberish

Maybe they've been given a script and time it with when he speaks similar to how English anime voice actors do it?

I've watched him speak. That would really make it difficult.

I meant for the interpreters. lol
