I agree, he got what he had coming. If a thief walks in and points a gun at somebody whatever happens after that is on the THIEF, not the victim. I don't buy the "Well, he didn't SHOOT the clerk" defense. What's the clerk supposed to do, wait until he's been shot? Red state jury: clerk gets a good citizenship (and shooting) award. Blue state jury: he gets hung for refusing to be a victim..

In a liberal state the clerk would have been charged because he shot someone fleeing, out here charged or not no jury would convict.

Red state sanity vs blue state idiocy. Dan Bongino frequently recommends leaving blue states for your own safety. See also other comment above.

I don't follow Dan, but he is right, there is no reason to live when everyone hates you. People are the only pack animal that chooses its own pack.

I stopped at a small mom and pop store in the middle of nowhere once, it had a huge hole in the counter and a sign pointing at it. The sign said "last robber". When I asked about it, he told me the shotgun was at ball height and quickly ended a criminals crime wave.
