I guess you can now call for the genocide of all black people as long as your speech doesn’t turn into conduct. And I guess you can now yell fire in a crowded theater as long as you don’t light something on fire.
Speech which puts people in danger of imminent harm is not protected by the constitution. Deliberately causing a panic which will likely result in a stampede of people is not protected speech.
