What's truly sad is that once upon a time conservatives and liberals while having their differences did work together for the common good. It's like the old saying, "If you aren't a liberal by age twenty then you have no heart(compassion, kindness, love) and if you aren't a conservative by thirty then you have no brain(reason, knowledge, wisdom)."

It's a given that when Marxism first infected Liberalism it was the beginning of the end because it was not rooted out fast enough.
