chalmers johnson,political scientist,wrote the book "blowback" in the late 90's which laid out the argument that the united states politcies,executed by the CIA, inetervening in the politics of other sovereign nations (especially in central and south america.but also globally) by way of economic hitmen,over throwing democratically elected leaders,and outright assasinations would create what is called "blowback" (cia term).
the man practically predicted 9/11.
the second template is journalist naomi klein.
she wrote an excellent book called "disaster capitalism".
she laid out the argument that governments,including the united states,would capitalize on disasters,tragedy and catastrophe to not only restrict civil liberties to gain more control over the population,but also PROFIT from said disasters,along with their wall street criminal buddies.

so while we may never know if 9/11 was intentionally allowed to exploit the political fallout.
we certainly know the results.
neverending wars of failure after failure after failure.
but the PROFITS have been staggering!
and the dissolving of civil liberties has been a constant grind.
