He also put the paperwork through that provided Gaza and Palestinians 75 Million (which surprise surprise surprise... Purchased weapons).

It's associated press, so it's right up your alley. The House (7 days ago, so last week) passed a Bill that would refreeze the 6Billion Joe Biden signed off on for a Prisoner exchange. The House wouldn't have been able to pass a Bill to block the funds again... Unless Joe Biden signed off on it first. He signed off on allowing Iran (a large supporter of Hamas) access to the money. It was the House of Representatives that re-blocked it.
