It's one of the reasons why my wife and I left Commiefornia. It's not the only reason, though. It's too expensive and too crowded. I earn more money outside of Cal than I ever did in Cal and paid less for housing.
Although....I just didn't realize fully how spoiled I was by California's weather. While everyone from the east coast was complaining about California only having 2 seasons, I'm, like, you can have your 4 seasons. If I want to get snowed on I can always drive up in the mountains, I don't need it on my driveway.
