I'm not sure 2 million would be a mansion, especially in Chicago, but okay.

To a homeless person, 4 walls, a door, and indoor plumbing could be a mansion

I hear there's a lot of homeless "immigrants" at the border. Maybe they could let some of them live there...

If he isn't broke, why would he ask for donations to help fight his legal battles?

Nah, he'll move to Texas and they'll laugh at the extradition requests. He won't pay a dime.

And you tell me to brush up on America Law? Might wanna check the US Constitution and UCEA Law. Just in case you don't want to, here you go I did it for you (cuz Im a nice guy.)

The Extradition Clause of the US Constitution requires states to extradite fugitives from other states. The clause requires states to arrest and return fugitives who have committed a crime, such as treason, felony, or other crime. The fugitive must be returned to the state where the crime was committed.

The Uniform Criminal Extradition Act (UCEA) is a model law that regulates the process of extradition between states. It provides a standardized framework for the extradition of individuals who have committed crimes in one state but have fled to another.

The UCEA has been adopted by 48 states. The only states that have not adopted the UCEA are South Carolina and Missouri. Both states have state laws that still follow the federal statute.

The key word you are missing is "crime" since he didn't commit a crime, no extradition is necessary.

Another state has to find him guilty. Bada bing, bada boom. The extradition clause of the constitution kicks into effect whether or not Texas believes he committed a crime or not. In his fraud case vs NY, a jury found him liable for his fraudulent practices... Then there was his university... and his charity... and his casinos...

"Where there's smoke...."

Time will tell.

Please go look up the difference between liable and guilty.

Can't tell if you're really that uninformed, or you're just trolling.

Enlighten me, please.
What's the difference between liable and guilty. And where, did I use the word guilty in the context of past tense? As I see it, you're really doing a shitty job at operating your gaslight.

Difference is guilty in civil court you pay damages. Guilty in criminal court you go to jail.

We're talking about the nature of either verdict, not the consequences thereof. Please take an English Comp. class. (Another Liberal Arts course)

A judge/jury can find you liable in a civil case. The term for "at fault" in civil cases is liable.

A judge/jury can find you liable in a criminal case. The term for "at fault" in criminal cases is guilty.

The standard of proof in a civil trial is lower than in a criminal trial, requiring only a preponderance of the evidence rather than proof beyond a reasonable doubt, as opposed to criminal trials.

Please, learn American Law.

Given everything we've said so far, and how I've given you an introductory course on US Law, verdicts in Civil and Criminal cases, I repeat my earlier post:

Another state has to find him [Trump] guilty. Bada bing, bada boom. The extradition clause of the constitution kicks into effect whether or not Texas believes he committed a crime or not. [Cope, seethe, gape.] In his fraud case vs NY, a jury found him liable for his fraudulent practices... Then there was his university... and his charity... and his casinos...

"Where there's smoke .... [there's fire.]"

Time will tell. [Let's see how his criminal trials pan out.]
