When a group with a hidden agenda reach, what they believe to be, a tipping point in their plans where they see everything they dream of to be obtainable, they drop the pretenses that allowed them to get there in favor of hurrying it along. By the time they get what they are after and fully realize what they have achieved; even they won't like the end result. It will be too late for everyone by then.
