They do worship at the altar of hypocrisy

The more "free" the meal is, the worse it will taste. And religion is worse than "empty"; Matthew's gospel literally creates nihilism.

Providing free meals to children, teaches them that parents aren’t responsible for feeding them. Promoting and Teaching socialism as early as possible.

Thats interesting because schools initially gave free meals to ensure that children were having atleast 1 good meal per day.. and as an enticement to get them to come to school. But Republicans don't care about education these days. In fact, they don't want people educated on civics.. Its why they have been eliminating it as a class nationwide.

That’s how Fabian Socialism works. Slowly and a wolf in sheep’s clothing. FDR had to convince the Catholic Bishops that the government would take care of the elderly instead of their grown children. This had to be done before Social Security could get passed. Socialism creeping into Government. Take care of the elderly, then babies, then school children. Now college tuition, creeping along and everyone gets used to it. It may be well intended, or maybe intentional. Either way, it’s legalized theft. To quote Walter E. Williams.

That's social welfare, not socialism.

But really, the federal government should leave at the states to fund themselves. The South has been economically disadvantaged since the Colonial Era, no amount of throwing money at it is going to make it turn around.

Wow, bringing up the disadvantaged South. Okay let’s go there. The South was disadvantaged economically because of slavery. If the work that slaves had done was rewarded and paid for, the money would have flowed into the economy. Since it didn’t, the economy remained stagnant. It’s the same concept today. Taxes are the same as slavery. Taxes (slavery) prevent a person from receiving their full benefits of production. The money taken from taxpayers (slaves) keeps the economy from growing at a faster rate. Cut taxes, reward productivity, and promote meritocracy.

"If the work that slaves had done was rewarded and paid for"

Because free labor doesn't magnify profits?

The South has always lagged economically since the Colonial Era.

But as you basically referred to, having its economy dependent on two cash crops, which, well good enough for stuck in the pockets of plantation owners, didn't do a heap of good for the rest of the citizenry.

But that was then, this is now, and now says that slavery ended a century and a half ago.
Perhaps it's time to look into branching out a bit more than cotton and tobacco. The Walmart can only doso much, as manufacturing from the North offered tax incentives to move down South has shown.

That's not socialism, nor is it teaching it 101.

Education, religion, and Christianity should be separate from each over, just like politics, religion, and Christianity

If politics and religion are separate, why are courts and government offices closed on Saturday’s and Sunday’s? So, they are and have always been intertwined.
