Not according to the judge. Trump sued E Jean Carrol for defamation for claiming he raped her. So this is now settled case law. The judged stated on Monday, August 7, 2023 when he dismissed Trumps case against E Jean Carroll stating: Dismissing the counterclaim, a judge in New York, Lewis A Kaplan, said that when Carroll repeated her allegation that Trump raped her, her words were “substantially true”. Kaplan also set out in detail why it may be said that Trump raped Carroll.
Actually Trump vs E Jean Carrol found that he was liable for her rape.. Awarded her $5 million.. Then he attacked her and called her a liar again.. and he was taken to court again and they found him liable another $83 million. Court Rulings make what I am saying not a lie... Otherwise E Jean Carrol would have lost.. but she didn't...
