But visualize this you are the designated driver but the other three people in the car would exceed the alcohol limit, I wouldn't think you're going anywhere. Maybe at least in my city they should reduce the number of alcohol permits they pass out.

From what it said if you exceed the alcohol limit the kill switch will turn the car off. Which might be dangerous too, if the car stops running while you're driving down the street or turning. And just wait until it decides which of your driving habits it determines are dangerous.

Lukasz Krupski was actually fired after sharing sensitive data with Aaron Greenspan, a prominent Tesla critic and short-seller, and is intending to sue Tesla for compensation.
