I think that gender and racial segregation should be banned (finacially), so then everyone gets the same salary per job instead of the same salary per gender & race per job!

This is why most jobs do not list pay ranges. Easier to discriminate if no expectations are set. Mash in that American culture says that talking about your wages and pay is illegal
(Its the opposite. Its a protected conversation by law) and Americans do not question the lower pay due to discrimination.

it was an issue at one point, so if it's resolved then that's great! bitching isn't really the issue when you think of the substantial difference in a paycheck if you deduct that amount from each dollar.
