Well actually it isn’t true, there was a person with that same last name but he never was in a newspaper therefore it was most likely a joke that somehow got mistaken as real. You can take this farther by realizing that the person in the photo is a guy named Liam Brady and played for Arsenal club between 1973 and 1980.
