Yes, there is a Black comedian that produced a step-by-step primer on how to act and react if one is Black and pulled over. Basically he advised young men and women to NOT act like ill-bred idiots with more ego and attitude than brains.

But thugs are civilians and maybe if they’re not allowed to own guns, other civilians wouldn’t be confused as them. And thugs aren’t usually the stereotypical hood wearing people, some are normal looking people but have shady secrets.

If guns only outlaws will have guns. Thugs no matter what they look like ate thugs.

There will still be a lot of people that still keep guns. Their guns will still not harm anyone not trying to harm them.
