but either way they have both genitals, and they should choose which gender they feel most/which organ is more developed
I don’t hunk it’s a choice the person is capable of making, remember, it’s usually discovered as he/she is born and I think it’s up to the parents/doctors. Now THAT is “gender assigned at birth”.
