To prevent him completely from teleporting you need an electromagnetic field more powerful and intense than the force keeping reality together.

Other than that, an high intensity electromagnetic field is enough to slow his teleportation

Shiver I’m sorry to say this but I do believe Maria is right about it being OP. From what I’ve read, the Piledriver can one shot any non-god OC, severely wound the collector, and prevent a man who can teleport the speed of light from escaping him. “Oh but it takes a bit for it to charge up” that is a good idea for a weakness but now please stop being rude to Maria. Because no every boss here is a OP god
