Judea ceased to be round 70 AD on account of the Romans.
In the 7th Century it was the Roman province of Palestina.
Today's Jerusalem is missing a river desricribed in the Torah. There's actually a cpl of locations in Arabia with similar names, btw, which, interestingly, had rivers flowing past them in ancient times. Seems that on the way back from Babylon 2600ya, they ended up in the wrong place.
