One the the greatest things about having a large muslim population in America.. they are the ones that are fighting against the alphabet cult along side conservatives.

Was referring to your comment more than his....

I had this excellent article boomarked round 2016, but I can't find it now no matter how I search it. It was about all these similarities between ISIS types, of all things, and the Alt Right. Of course we're talking those leaning more extreme, but it was uncanny. Male, age bracket, incels, unsure of their sexuality, broken homes, in search of regimented authoritarian systems to bring a sense of order in their lives, pent up anger, eager for revolt,,,

everything you mentioned is the most fringe out layers of the right wing. People that are black sheep that look for something , anything to grasp because they are lost. The left has plenty of those as well. So my comment was referring to the conservative make up of the Muslim demographic. not the most radical elements of their ranks.

The Left and the Right Wings are the same thing. They just like to pretend their reasons are different.
Was the Jan 6th crowd the most fringe? Because there was a lot of them, and as seen here in Poli, the majority support them.

Difference with those who call themselves "Conservative" here and conservative Muslims is that it actually frames the life of the latter significantly more, as does religion itself. It's the difference between culture and boring yourself for an hour at Sunday Mass before zipping off to the Walmart to buy beer and burgers for the BBQ later that day.

The Majority of the Jan 6 crowd were every day working class Americans that thought they were cheated. So, equating them with terrorists or anything other than angry Americans is just wrong. But, I don't even want to get into that conversation because it'll go nowhere good.

That's the point, just regular folks (though doubtful much any of them worked). And yet they went on a rampage. The reasons are irrelevant now, what they did is.

I agree , radical is radical. If you are going to hurt someone because they disagree with your world or personal views , you are cut from the same cloth. I am a right leaning independent , I have never once thought about hurting someone because they thought different than I do.. in fact I can't even imagine having that mind set. that said, I have hurt people defending myself from them, when they attacked me for my stances, but I would expect anyone to do the same for theirself.

People often miss their own point, and all too easy slip into that which they claim to not be.

And I know what you are talking about with shit disappearing online, I watched Dan Crenshaw say that genocide against the Palestinians would be acceptable to ensure Israels future, and now I can not find it anywhere. This was just a week ago. I wanted to use it in a comment where someone said the world would be at peace if Israel was in charge..

I've looked up "Paki Bashing Saturdays" which was a Nazi Skin thing in 1980s Britain that I read about quite a few times here. Groups of them would hang out in front of Pakistani owned stores, no one goes in, no comes out. Nothing, except one reference to "Paki bashing" in general.

They already rejected it in Minnesota.

You make it sound like there's one guy who makes decisions for all of Islam. There really really actually isn't.

So you support both lgbtq and Islam? It's a tough choice, right? As a Christian we want to be nice lol but this is a pickle.

I think if you're finding it tough to be inclusive AND religious, that says more about YOUR religious views than anyone else's.

That's the thing is my Christian views are more inclusive than both Hamas and lgbtq..

See, you say that, but every ballot measure I've EVER had to vote against that aimed to suppress the LGBT community wasn't introduced by Hamas, and wasn't introduced by Islam. It was introduced by Christians.

So you think LGBT folks are better off with Hamas than Christians. Lol everyone in America has the same rights, LGBT just want special privileges.

...well, there's that famed inclusive Christian tolerance right there. Jesus would be proud that you're telling people what they want instead of listening to them.

There is a right way to live though, Jesus is the way. That's what He actually said.

Oh GOD no, you have missed the point! The Pharisees said that, not Jesus.

Jesus said: "'Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink, I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me.’

“They also will answer, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?’

“He will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.’

THAT'S what Jesus said. Copy, and pasted. So either you're not a Christian or Jesus isn't.

More than you ever did, from what I can tell.
2 ups, 6mo
what special rights do they want?
2 ups, 6mo
If everyone in America had the same rights than same-sex marriage would have been legal decades ago and it would be illegal to fire gay people just for being gay
2 ups, 6mo
So you accept all lgbtq people as they are and want equality for them?
