Because 'our democracy' is code for 'our power'.

liberals have no idea about America or its constitution! They just know that they want to exchange its system of government, which is the only one to have worked successfully for the common people on Earth... into their socialist paradise, which has NEVER worked anywhere that it has been tried... and it has been tried for at least 100 times around the world in almost every known culture! But they are arrogant enough to believe that they finally know how to make socialism work!

Sniff! Sure there is...Greece was one in the past. Many kingdoms in ancient India had many features of democracy where they would choose their king and dispose of him if he was shit... long before Greece! But America is a Representative Constitutional Republic... which is different from a democracy, as not the one with the most votes will win an election. North Korea is a democracy also as per them! In a democracy, the one who garners the most votes wins... this is not America! It does have features of a democracy... but then again, so do China, Russia, and North Korea!
