Yeah. The difference was that Revy was losing it started to go crazier than normal. Dutch even called her out on it and compared her to Witman. He even threatened to kick her out, if not permanently put her down, if she ever crossed that line.
Thankfully Revy got a lot of character development. She still has her moments. While Raunpour is filled with killers and murderers, they don't appreciate psycho/sociopaths.
