Yeah, right!

Yeah, right! | I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. One word makes this meme.

The bottom text is jibberish that no one pays attention to.

Yep . . . inside the GOP there's too many leftist allied RINOs and as for the Dem Party . . . insanity and corruption is the norm. Conservatives are the nation's only viable hope . . . and there simply are not enough of those.

As Rush Limbaugh said, "Conservatism(US version) works every time it's tried." What we actually need though is to get back to being Christian-Judeo country and start relying on God like people used to. Start applying the idea that the Constitution is for a 'religious AND moral people'.

I agree in that it generally requires a religious bent in order to consistently care about being a moral person. People need a higher power to believe in and upon which to practice faith. When they lose that they turn to idiocies to BELIEVE IN . . . such as Marxism. But aside from being economic suicide, Marxism has no use whatsoever for family values, love for one's fellow human being, or even for the traits of ethics, honesty, or integrity.

Personally I don't care if a person is a Christian, a Taoist, A Jew, a Buddhist, a Hindu, a Muslim, or anything else as long as the general guidelines of the good and decent parts of BEING a GOOD HUMAN BEING are part and parcel of the practice of that faith. But when leftists cut every aspect of religion out of public school systems -- while ONLY conservatives objected -- and substituted insane and harmful Cultural Marxist ideology instead our nation then began the process of the rotting of this nation from the inside out.

As the Catholic Jesuits said, 'Give me a child till he is seven years old, and I will show you the man;' the leftists, ironically, PROVED that statement by turning out two generations of progressively more thoroughly and intensely trained Cultural Marxist adults . . . Millennials and Gen-Z. They are too emotionally self-centered and -- frankly -- spoiled to invest the time and effort for meaningful religious investment of time or effort. They cleave to leftist ideology because it offers unlimited emotionally satisfying virtue-signaling with zero -- apparent to it's increasingly mindless practitioners -- negative consequences or either a short or long term nature. The leftists promise them the possibility of an easy life via Equity versus the harder and uncertain road of conservative Equality.

Leftists offer them absolutely nothing but lies, but they are pretty lies, tempting lies of an easy life via Socialism/Marxism and now even via the iron fist of leftist Fascism. Wild eh? Anyone that's studied and comprehended 20th Century world history KNOWS that this leads to gulags and rehabilitation camps and to EVERYONE but Party elites and a certain type and level of thuggish governmental enforcers living like impoverished serfs . . . which is why today's indoctrinate youth has got absolutely no use for genuine history study or for the U.S. Constitution or even -- now -- for the true rule of law versus selected and corrupted leftist manipulations of the rule of law. So forth and so on.

I agree with 99% of your assessment, but religion is not an effective weapon against evil, there are too many variables, sects, denominations, types etc. Our nations used to use traditional Christion values as its baseline for our legal system, we need to return to that, one set of rules for everyone, no matter if that person supported that faith or not. I personally think we have passed the point where that is possible and will pay dearly for it.

I see no future, historically a collapsing nation ends in violence, there are no reasons to think that we can change our fate. No signs of a significant attempt to even try.

As I've stated many times in the past, I agree with your conclusion. But I always hope that we are both wrong. I just know that we aren't.

I would love for us to be wrong, but I am a realist, fixing anything depends on someone being willing to do it, no matter the cost. We live in a country where the number of enemies grows daily, the so-called leadership has already surrendered, elections no longer matter, and no help is coming. Our only play is to prepare.

Yes . . . it think that eventually there will be a violent pushback from actual patriots -- ex-military -- if nothing else . . . but by then the nation will have been mostly collapsed.

I think based on historical patterns the USA is finished, a split will happen at some point, it might even happen without a long drown out conflict, but it will happen.

Yes . . . this follows the path of known history.

Also, Robert A. Heinlein -- the Dean of Science Fiction -- predicted just exactly this in one of his science fiction books a couple of decades before his death. Like George Orwell's 1984, it was dead on the money from what I can recall . . . only far less depressing.

hmmm if you remember the name, I would like to read that book.

Sorry . . . in my youth I read a ton of his stuff and after a while it all sort of blended together in my mind. I do recall that at the time he thought of himself as a liberal and so he put all the blame on the religious right. Later on he became a conservative and so his novels began drifting distinctly rightward.

In any event as filtered through about fifty years of time I think that it was a fairly accurate portrayal of how such a break up into massive autonomous zones would end up coming into existence and then becoming stable.

Watch Tucker Carlson interview with John Rich on YouTube. It may change your mind.

I fast forwarded through some of it, I got a general idea and will watch it all when I get time. So far, I see it like this: although it is possible to push back Americas fall if we had some sort of national revival, it changes nothing. Every evil on this planet starts here, DEI, pride month and parades, drag shows targeting children, satanic symbols, false religions all sorts of political pressures to make the world over in our image. Add in the attacks on all things Christian and this nation has earned its fate.
