Um so? If Anheuser Busch actually can rehabilitate Bud light's destroyed reputation, it's going to take years and tons of their own money invested in the process; which is good. They EARNED that pain and aggravation. Maybe they will become more intelligent about business practices in the future.
Meanwhile if the UFC wants to take advantage of their sponsorship then good on them. It's called capitalism.

Obviously you dont watch UFC or know Dana's reasoning behind this $100 mil. sponsorship. Bud Light has been a sponsor in the past before Modello as well as Harley Davidson and maybe if you want to catch up, read, watch or listen to Dana's presser from today about the upcoming sponsorship. If you're a supporter of the troops and veterans you may get it.

I'm not really interested enough to invest research in it. I simply took it at face value; but I can appreciate that you were probably making a broader point that went -- zip! -- over my head. Sorry about that.

What did bud light do to destroy their reputation?

Anheuser Busch got blindsided by a leftist vice president of marketing in their company whom pushed rainbow flag marketing with Bud Light while using a drag queen as their intended spokesperson while she also sneered at the frat boys and rednecks that were the traditional drinkers of the brew.

This was just when people were really beginning to push back against the leftist grooming of children inside public school systems to BECOME rainbow flag members with their bodies. Then Anheuser Busch made it worse by initially denying that any of that had happened and then they admitted that it happened; but tried to make it all go away by flooding commercials with pro patriotism themes and pro heterosexual themes using Bud Light as their prop. It failed because people knew better.

Anyway the parent company lost many many billions of dollars over the public relations fiasco; and thus we come to today and this sponsorship. It will probably work for them, though; because the initial rage at the company and their brand has subsided. We shall see.

So basically they didn't, got it.
