I'd update data's description a bit but that's pretty accurate.

Terra would be just above data due to her superior durability and physical strength, she also has better weaponry but doesn't use them often.

First I'll give a suggestion for data's new description

One of collector's three robotic "daughters". She has basic nanotech capabilities but they pale in comparison to her sister, Astra. But just like Astra, you shouldn't underestimate her.

Anyway, other than terra my only idea is pumpking.

He'd be low S tier, maybe #7

Little is known about him but collector has high respect for him, which is how they figured out his strength
