Oh yeah, my state has seen the most rain in years last rainy season. Yet my city wants to keep the drought restrictions in place so they can stuff more people into the city and still be able to claim water neutrality. Which is basically a lie, but goes along with their climate change fear mongering.

Check out all the areas, sometimes whole countries, they hold the water rights to.

In one country, I remember years ago, they were having the citizens arrested for catching rain water to drink because they owned all the water rights. People could only buy bottled water from them. There was uprising so may be "better" now.

But...

It takes a certain type of law firm to come up with evil like that.
