Yeah, Hillary made the same mistake, thinking of us as stupid, and even being stupid enough herself to call us a basket of deplorables. That helped cost her the 2016 election.

Point being, you can underestimate us all you want. When you did it before you didn't learn the error of your ways, so speaking as a 2x and soon to be 3x Trump voter, I say keep on doing what you're doing. It's worked out great so far.
