The libs set the standard. If you are a protestor and you step foot in the Capitol building then you are an insurrectionist and you need to be indefinitely detained, in many cases, without charges, without arrest and without trial. It's the law. If they don't do the exact same thing to these people then they are living a double standard. But of course we've always known that they are.

It's part of Obama's Defense Authorization Act of 2012. The government has taken away due process when it come to terrorists who are US citizens. The definition of terrorist is constantly changing.

There are people who are being held indefinitely under this violation of the 4th and 5th amendment. You side is notorious for violating our rights.
