A lot of companies who sold those moronic novelty home gym exercisers used to do exactly that.
Take a thin person and then give them 3 months to gain 40lbs for the 'before' picture. ha

but yeah, at least 2 of these are accurate. We get our customers to pose for their before pictures before they start working out
