Says the guy whose Extreme Right-Wing candidate for Speaker has never had a bill get to a Committee, much less get passed, in 16+ years. The House of Representatives is part of the Legislative Branch of our government. It is their job to "legislate." I expect the "other guys," to oppose bills I would like to see passed. They owe it to the voters to present and defend alternatives. And both sides need to be able to compromise for the good of the country. Your guys can't even get compromises among its own people of varying degrees of the Right-Wing to elect a Speaker. When was the las time a Democratic Party with a majority in the House had such problems? Never.
