Are you talking about Trump's suspension of all sanctions against Iran in 2018. He reinstated them after he lost the election in 2020. Because not one penny of the $6-billion in money held by the Koreans has been released to Iran. Plus, these attacks were planned and paid for well in advance, possibly during that 2018-2020 window.
