Once again, Dems ignore the constitution.

I think she owns a house out there. Laphonza will likely hang on to her Maryland home and maintain a "residence" in California.

But in reading the qualifications, I've discovered another problem!

"Clause 3 Qualifications
No Person shall be a Senator who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty Years, and been nine Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State for which he shall be chosen."

For which HE shall be chosen?

Laphonza is obviously NOT a man!
(though she may try to "identify" as one)

Her employer and LinkedIn web data had her as living in Maryland. That was immediately removed after the announcement.

Once again, the constitution clearly states “inhabitant”, not property owner.

Apparently she owns two house in SoCal. But if they are rented out, I don’t think she can call either one a residence. To what state has she paid taxes?. Supposedly she has re-registered to vote in CA. But if she does not physically reside there yet, is that a federal violation of election law? Is her kid going to go to school in CA?
