They know she was forwarding email from his official government accounts on to her handlers in Egypt. It looks like they can't prove he knew or was involved so it's just bribery.

His previous indictment (and acquittal) was for accepting luxury vacations, plane rides, and political donations over the legal limit from a Florida eye doctor.

I'm all for the innocent until proven guilty stuff, but he had wads of cash hidden in the pockets of jackets, gold bars just hanging out, and luxury cars parked in his garage.

He was NOT acquitted. The trial resulted in a hung jury, which is not an acquittal. The DOJ declined to retry him. One of the jurors during deliberations was said to have asked “What's a senator?”
