We have a follower limit to make sure owners can't delete popular streams that people still use. You have no obligation to remain as owner; but if you are to leave the stream I recommend promoting at least one moderator so they can take over if they want to. Otherwise you could try to revive the stream! I'm curios why you want it to be deleted in the first place.

If you just want to remove yourself as owner, follow steps 1-3. If you want the stream erased from existence, go the full monty.

Until imgflip recognizes how batshit crazy it is to prioritize inactive users who followed a stream over active users who own it, this is the best workaround we've got.
