Try to focus on the positives in life. Think about what you care about in life, and focus on that. Ignore what's bad in life until you can get help. Reach out to friends for help, friends can be a great help

Depression shrinks your world to the size of your pain. It's a filter that only allows negativity to register. Sleep is the only reprieve, and even that turns against you as even your happiest memories become shrouded in darkness. Ignoring the bad in life becomes like trying to ignore a stage 3 migraine in your soul. There is no tuning it out. It's like trying to carry yourself up an endless staircase with every bone in your legs shattered. I've gone into actual shock it was so intense.

Drugs help. Psych drugs I mean. Less miserable living through modern chemistry. People too far gone to advocate for themselves will need a violent push towards help. If they lack support to do that for them...well, I know I wouldn't still be here. Rotten loving family...

Wait a second...if you don't want to die, that means you want to live. And if you want us to change your mind that you want to live, that means you want us to convince you to die. Wtf, life does that on its own, why do you need any outside influence?

You got it! The joke is that, although I want to live, I more so want to die; I need more rationalization for my suicide to finally do it.

Suicide is a lonely choice, not just because death is intensely personal, but because self-deliverance is a decision almost never condoned by others. As far as I'm concerned, one of the metrics for judging how appropriate it is for a given individual is the determination to go through with it on their own, of their own resolve, regardless of what others think or how they will react. If they need a push, they're not ready. Besides, if you're pushed over the edge that technically makes it murder. 😉

I need people to convince me I do want to die.

You do NOT WANT TO DIE. Every day is a new day, a new chance to make things right. If today was the worst day of your life, tomorrow could be the best day of your life. And you could never know if you cut yourself off before you get to that day.

I don't know man, my dad always said not to put off until tomorrow what you could get done today. Seems like living is just delaying the inevitable. Besides, we all owe a death, and I for one hate being in debt.

Then again, pleasure is kinda fun. Kittens and ice cream and jerking off at least make the time pass more bearably. Not to mention if you died it would probably kill your parents. I've tried to come up with a convincing way to make it look like an accident but with my history they'd think it was deliberate even if it was an accident.

Don't worry man. It may not seem like it right now, but either way it'll be over soon.
